Wednesday

So today has been a day of praises and prayers. I'm very thankful that Dad is much more coherent today, his labs have been much better and my mom and he were able to have some good conversations about where we go from here. Another praise is that my dad was able to talk with his regular oncologist about what's been going on. After talking with the doctors we agreed that it's best to stop the chemo and enjoy the time we have left. So our prayer is that we would trust the Lord, be content with His plan, and that we would turn to Him for our comfort and strength during this time. So I'm also very thankful that I made plans to go down there for a visit this weekend to spend time with my family.
